Banana Pancakes|| Simple Recipes
Simple banana pancakes recipe, that I tried this morning, and shared with my niece and one of my brothers.
Recipe makes four pancakes.

Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 medium to large sized ripe banana
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the banana very well. Add the egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, butter, vanilla, and mix until well combined.
Add flour mixture and use a spoon to stir until just combined. If batter seems too thick, add about a tablespoon more milk.
Time to cook 'em.
Melt some butter in a pan, then spoon a spoonful or so of mix into the pan.
Cook on first side, until the tops of the pancakes begins to bubble.
Flip and cook until cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
