Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks- Review 🍦

The weather is getting warmer, and the summer is getting closer, which means its time to whip out those ice creams and enjoy yourself. I have seen a few ice creams that I would like to try when out shopping and scrolling through Instagram so I decided to put some of them to the test and see which is my favourite. 

Today's Ice Cream is the Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks. 

I love the biscuits and the spread so let's hope these ice creams are delicious too.

I am a little annoyed there is only three in the box but let's ignore that and get on to reviewing them....

 

So, these ice cream sticks were delicious. 

The crunch of the biscuits is lovely and it's like I am actually eating a biscoff biscuit. The ice cream really went well with the biscuit pieces, chocolate and the layer or biscoff spread. I really love the creaminess of the ice cream along with the spread. There was a perfect amount of biscoff cookie pieces, but I feel they could have added a little more of the spread but it was still a really tasty dessert.

If you like biscoff cookies then you will defiantly enjoy this ice cream.  

Parting thoughts:

They were delicious. Nothing about them that I didn't like, apart from they were rather small and there just weren't enough in the box for my whole family to enjoy. I have seen pictures of an ice cream tub version, and over flavour variations which I would also be interested in trying.

Anyway, if you like the biscoff cookies and spread you will defiantly enjoy these ice cream sticks.
